Exhibition

SAVE takes many forms. In addition to this website — with background information, blogs (making of) about the creative process, and the publication of stories from our villages in audio and video format — we also organise exhibitions in or near the various villages. This is how we give physical shape to the ambitions of SAVE and encourage conversations and encounters.

These exhibitions will take place in the course of 2026. In the Netherlands, in Sneek, near Blauhús, the exhibition 'Blauhús, 30 ferhalen, 1 mienskip' will be held at Het Fries Scheepvaartmuseum between 16 May and 31 August. Alongside the stories of Blauhús, the portraits of Praputnjak, Hopovo and Jadagoniai will also be on display.
